Mission Statement
We started Adventures in Organizing in 2007 to address a growing need for individuals, families and businesses to achieve organization and cleanliness. It's a way to bring my organizational skills, my executive business experience, my passion, and my creativity together to help people in very individualized ways. My goal is to offer supportive guidance and customized solutions to assist clients in gaining efficiency, stress reduction, and simple solutions for organizing their homes. I strive to motivate clients with a hands-on and systematic approach creating personalized solutions for easy maintenance.

Tammi Baughn CEO - Professional Organizer
Tammi was born in Spokane Wa, and has continued to reside there her entire life. She was raised by a parent who was the definition of clean-organized and maybe a bit obsessive.... let's just say that it wasn't an uncommon event to see her mom dusting behind the electrical outlets! Growing up she said she'd never be like that, but obviously a good majority of her mom's habits were carried over to her. While she leaves the outlets alone, she is driven to be neat and orderly, she see's organization in the places she goes, and takes great pleasure in putting things in order. She spent about 20 years administering supported living programs for people with special needs, and within that spent a majority of her time in organization, business systems, code compliance and ground up program deveplopment. In conjunction with that career, she has been a foster-surrogate parent with up to 9 children in her home at a time and raised her own children most often as a single parent. She also started and ran several small successful businesses including a pet store and a medical transportation company. In 2007 she started asking herself what she really wanted to do with her life, if she could choose anything, and out of that came Adventures In Organizing. It's a perfect combination of her natural skill, her desire, her past career, and her passion to help others.
Tom Wilson - Technical Operations
Tom was born and raised in Alabama, and relocated to Spokane Wa. in December of 2008. Tom's career has been in high speed production, industrial maintenance, and management, but his passion has been in computer systems. Tom joined Adventures In Organizing in 2009, and has a key role in managing, developing,and organizing technical aspects of the business to include pc hardware, filing systems, paper conversion, and business computer systems. Tom raised 4 children and through that gained a full knowledge of the importance of organization in maintaing a successful daily life.
